    There are many approaches to stop smoking and each person has to find the one that works best for them. A lot of the time it is our emotional needs that keep a person hooked on smoking. This approach works to address emotional addiction while also working with the mind to ease addictions. NLP is really a powerful tool for changing behaviors as well as reframing patterns held in the conscious and subconscious mind. Other approaches might address addiction for a more physical approach.
