There are many approaches to stop smoking and each person has to find the one that works best for them. A lot of the time it is our emotional needs that keep a person hooked on smoking. This approach works to address emotional addiction while also working with the mind to ease addictions. NLP is really a powerful tool for changing behaviors as well as reframing patterns held in the conscious and subconscious mind. Other approaches might address addiction for a more physical approach. If you work with this program please follow up and let us know how you do! And do take action cause every day you smoke you are lining the pockets of the greedy tobacco industry while hurting your health.
