Thank you for sharing the quit meter. I was sitting in front of my PC today trying to find a reason to stay “quit”. I know I should do it for myself and my kids but sometimes you gotta have a goal and this is great!!! Even the ugly lung cancer pics wouldn’t deter me today. This instantly turned quitting into a positive thing…Which is hard when ya want one. I quit previously for about 6 years..Got married and WALA..stress got unmanagebale. I need help to quit and manage my stress without dying because of it. Thanks Again!
Lana
Hi Lana,
Welcome to the Ciggyfree Blog! Six years is a long time to stay quit – smoking will never ease stress!
If anything smoking will add to your stress…when you have to consistently feed the nico back into your system every 45 minutes to 1 hour, how relaxing is that? Just do your quit one hour at a time and try to relax. Don’t think about tomorrow – just don’t smoke.
I love Mark’s Meter too! We’ll talk again soon and I hope to see Zzyzx stop by too!
hugs,
